January

1. Did you have a new year's resolution this year? Probably not...I never really do.
2. Who kissed you at midnight? Possibly Joel? Or no one? We fought a lot on New Years.

February

1. Who was your valentine in 2009? Joel
2. What did your valentine get you? I doubt he bought me anything, we weren't big on gifts.
3. When you were little, did you buy valentines for your whole class? Yeah. I was crazy obsessive about it too to make sure I got EVERYONE and that they all got the right message from my valentines...
4. The first line of your first entry of the month: I went home this weekend.

March

1. Are you Irish? Hellz to the yeah.
2. Do you wear green on St. Patty's Day? Frick yeah! Although lately it's been green/pink to celebrate my bday and St. Patty's equally.
3. What did you do for St. Patty's Day in 2009? I took a final and then went to Loli meet-up! :D
4. The first line of your first entry of the month: I basically died of need when I saw these, zomg.

April

1. Do you like the rain? Yes! But mostly only when I can stay inside. Being out in it is less fun.
2. Did you play an April fool's joke on anyone this year? I doubt it.
3. Do you get tons of candy on easter? I hit the after Easter sale at Target, if that counts.
4. The first line of your first entry of the month: I have been SO sick for SO long.

May

1. What's your favorite kind of flower? Cherry blossoms and jasmine and the biiiig pink lilies.
2. Do you like the spring? Yes! It's my favorite season. The pastels, the flowers, the rain...sigh. Bliss.
3. What would you think of as a spring color? yellow, light pink
4. The first line of your first entry of the month: I've been sort of stuck in a world of images lately.

June

1. What year did you graduate from school? 05, baby.
2. Did you go on any vacations in June? Um...no, I don't think I did, actually. This summer was work work school con work con fights work.
3. What was your summer job? McHenry Library, baybee. Shelving for hours on end, mixed in with extra long lunches and interesting conversations with Trevor and Jeremyyyy. :)
4. The first line of your first entry of the month: I was going to take pictures of the things I bought, but I decided they weren't that exciting.


July

1. What did you do on the 4th of July? I was at Anime Expo with Bro! :D
2. Do you go on any vacations in July? I went to AX and Comic-Con, if that counts.
3. Did you have a summer romance? My crush on Jeremy started then, but it wasn't a "romance" what with my still being with Joel and all. If anything, I had a summer ANTI romance because it's when I started thinking Joel and I needed to end.
4. The first line of your first entry of the month: I have found some amazing websites.

August

1. Did you do anything special to end off your summer? Uhhh...I don't think so. My summer wasn't very summer-y, so there wasn't a good capstone.
2. What was your favorite summer memory of '09? Baby store opening!!
3. Do you go swimming a lot in the summer? No. I don't think I wore a bathing suit once this summer.
4. The first line of your first entry of the month: Okay, guys, so I need help picking: do I want this skirt in white, lavender, or yellow?

September

1. Did you attend school/college in '09? Yes indeedy. Finished 4th and started 5th year at UCSC.
2. Who is/was your favorite teacher? Neda Atanasoski! She did my Yaoi-Con independent study with me, and is sponsoring my thesis. :3
3. Do you like fall better than summer? God, no. It starts getting cold, the sun goes away, the colors get all blah...no good.
4. The first line of your first entry of the month: I saw a TERRIBLE movie today.

October

1. What was your favorite halloween costume ever? Two words: Sailor. Moon.
2. What's your favorite candy? I don't have one specific candy that I love above all others. Usually something chocolate-y.
3. What did you dress up like this year? Monkey D. Luffy! Kaizoku no ou, ore o naru!
4. The first line of your first entry of the month: I've been in kind of a funk lately and I don't even know why.

November

1. Whose house do you usually go to for thanksgiving? My grandma's and then in cycles on my Mom's side.
2. Do you like stuffing? not especially
3. What are you thankful for? Being alive. Friends. My Family.
4. The first line of your first entry of the month: So Yaoi-Con was a BLAST.

December

1. Do you celebrate Christmas? Sort of. I'd say I more celebrate Xmas that CHRISTmas.
2. Have you ever been kissed under mistletoe? Maybe by like male relatives on the cheek when I was lil.
3. What's the best present you ever got? laptop, probably.
4. The first line of your first entry of the month: So I sort of feel like I am regressing to who I was at 16.

Overall

1. How would you rate your 09? Ah...not so great, really. I was having a hard time coming back from Japan, Joel and I weren't doing well, Summer was anti-relaxing, then we broke up...although it's gotten a lot better since then. And good things happened, too...spending so much time with the Lolis, moving in with Miss Julia, new boy stuff. :)
2. Did you keep any of your resolutions? Didn't make any.
3. What were you most proud of in 09? most disappointed in? Proud: That I broke up with Joel. It sounds weird to say that, but it was really hard for me and I really think I'm much better off for it. Disappointed: that I let things go so far with Dustin. That was just...really not okay.
4. What are your resolutions for 2010? To keep figuring out who I am and who I want to be.

Hiya! I know you don't know me, but hear me out!

I totally just googled "end of the year survey", it being the end of the year and all, and the results came up with this entry. Well I stole it for my own journal and randomly read your answers before sticking in my own. *big breath* Ahaha. I laughed when I came to the question about the best Halloween costume ever. SAILOR MOON IS MINE TOO! Totally had it handmade for me. It was brilliant! Even had the padded sleeves!
